How to Export Image Groups to PowerPoint

Open the image group you want to export by clicking on “Organize” on the ARTstor toolbar. Scroll down and click on “Open image group.” Click on the desired image group, then click the orange “Open” button on the bottom left of the window.

To export the entire image group, click on the icon in the upper right part of the window that looks like a screen for slide projection. (If you scroll over this icon, it will read, “Export image group to PowerPoint.”) Then click on “Submit” to proceed with the export. When prompted, download the PowerPoint file by clicking “Download” and save it to your computer by clicking “Save.” Please note that ARTstor users may download up to 1000 images in a 120 day period.

How to Generate URLs

URL stands for Uniform Resource Locator. A URL directs users to a resource on the World Wide Web. For example, CCAD’s URL is www.ccad.edu. Each image or image group in ARTstor can generate a URL.

To do this, click on “Share” on the ARTstor toolbar. Scroll down to “Generate image group URL” or “Generate image URL” (depending on whether you want to share a whole image group or just an image). A window will pop up and the image group URL will appear in the text box. Simply highlight this URL to copy and paste.
