Interlibrary Loan (ILL) for CCAD Students, Faculty, & Staff

Can't find what you are looking for through our library, OhioLink, or SearchOhio? We can try to get it from another library anywhere in the U.S.

Interlibrary Loan Borrowing Policy

  • Students, staff, and faculty may request copies of documents (primarily journal articles and book chapters) that are not available at CCAD or in one of our electronic databases.
  • Only faculty/staff may request books (but not textbooks) and audiovisual materials not obtainable through the OPAL, SearchOhio, or OhioLINK libraries.
  • Alumni and the general public may not request materials.

Placing an ILL request

BEFORE USING ILL

ILL FEES
We do not charge CCAD faculty, students or staff to use ILL, but lending libraries may charge as much as $20 to send a book, DVD, or article. We try to borrow from free lenders when we can, but that is not always possible. Let us know how much you would be willing to pay.
