Where Are the Children's Books?

  • Our children's books, and most books about children's books, are located in the back right corner of the library, across from the magazines. The location code in the catalog is KIDS LIT. The pop-up books (call numbers start with POP) are housed there, too.
  • Books about book illustration and illustrators are located in the 741.6 - 741.69 call number area in the stacks. 
  • Fairy tales and mythology have their own separate guide: Fairy Tales, Mythology, & Folklore
  • If we don't own a children's book you're looking for, you can get it from another library!
