CCAD Packard Library Policies

Donation and Gift Policy

Note: For the Fall 2021 semester we can only take small donations due to space issues. We hope to resume taking larger donations in the spring.

The CCAD Packard Library welcomes donations. All donated items are accepted as unrestricted gifts which library staff may sell, give away, or discard at its discretion.

Due to the fixed size of the library, only items that support the curriculum are able to be added to the collection. Heavily illustrated books are the most desirable. Please refer to our Collection Policy below for a list of desired formats.

Items that are not added to the collection are sold in library book sales, sold through Better World Books, or discarded. Proceeds from book sales and Better World Books go back into the book fund or are used for library facility improvements.

The library is unable to appraise donations; however, the college will send a letter of acknowledgement if needed. Monetary donations are welcomed. Please visit our donation page or email Development at development@ccad.edu.

If you are interested in making a donation, please review our Donation Form and Gift-in-Kind forms below. For more information or to schedule a drop-off, please contact Leslie Jankowski, Director of Library Services at ljankowski@ccad.edu or (614) 222-3225.
