What is BrowZine?

BrowZine logoBrowZine delivers your favorite academic journals to all your devices.

  • Browse and read journals: Browse thousands of scholarly journals by subject, review tables of contents, and download full articles.
  • Stay current with My Bookshelf: Create a personal bookshelf of titles to follow and receive new article notifications.
  • Access on any device: Easily access BrowZine from your Kindle Fire, iOS, or Android device and on the web to read articles wherever you are.
  • Save and export articles: Use BrowZine to save articles for offline reading or export to services such as EndNote.

BrowZine is designed for browsing by subject and title, not keyword searching. For that, we recommend OneSearch or the many online resources that the library subscribes to. If you have questions about the best source for your research needs, please contact us at library@ccad.edu.

Will it work off campus? Yes! Once you have entered your name and CCAD ID number, BrowZine should work anywhere you have internet access. If you run into problems, however, please contact us at library@ccad.edu.

Can articles be printed? BrowZine does not offer a printing function, but articles can be opened in other apps that allow printing, like Dropbox or iBooks.

Access is available on the web and through dedicated Kindle Fire, Android, and iOS applications.

  • To save journal titles and articles you will need to create a personalized account. To create a personalized account click on Settings, on any device, to sign up.
  • Journal titles are saved to 'My Bookshelf' and articles are saved to 'My Articles'.
